Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing All Paws Fur You. Our Pre-Order program allows you to secure our innovative pet support solutions before they are officially released or back in stock. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to the following terms.
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is currently out of stock. It ensures that you are among the first to receive the product once it becomes available.
2. Payment and Deposits
At the time of placing a Pre-Order, you will be required to pay either the full purchase price or a non-refundable deposit as specified on the product page.
If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be charged when the product is ready to ship. We will notify you via email before processing the final payment.
3. Estimated Shipping Dates
Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase. Please note that these dates are estimates and are subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays.
We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the estimated delivery timeline via the email address provided in your order.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Pre-Order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. However, please note that any designated deposits may be non-refundable as stated during checkout.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.
5. Order Fulfillment
Pre-Orders are fulfilled in the order they were received. While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, manufacturing capacity may require fulfilling orders in multiple batches.
6. Product Variations
Please be aware that final products may have minor variations in color or design compared to pre-release prototypes or computer-generated images shown during the Pre-Order period.
7. Combining Items
If your order contains both Pre-Order items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship when the Pre-Order item becomes available. If you would like your in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.
